We have adapted all our training to fit with webinars or workshops sessions, so that you can continue to train your employees and keep motivation high. All the webinar formats take 1 - 1.5 hours as attention spans decline rapidly after this period. Topics can be adapted and customized to fit your context and corporate needs.

Participants have the opportunity to test their five senses during blind tastings to rediscover the pleasure of eating mindfully.

  • how to stay in shape and enjoy eating despite high levels of stress and less and less time to prepare meals.

  • How to choose the right foods at the supermarket, canteen or bakery, and which foods to favor during periods of high stress.

How does-it works ?

Format

Our events as mental health keynote speaker or resilience keynote speaker, workshops and webinars can be virtual delivery, or in-person at your workplace.

Duration

Most webinars are 60 mins as standard. Some can be extended to 90mins or more. Our online or face to face workshops vary from 2 hours to a day and a half depending on your needs.
