POST Luxembourg
As one of Luxembourg's largest employers, POST Luxembourg wanted professional development to feel accessible during a busy workday. We built a five-session Lunch & Learn series, open to all employees, that brought practical wellbeing and performance topics into the lunch break.
Making learning fit a busy workday
Busy schedules made it difficult for POST employees to dedicate time to longer development programs. POST, sponsored by its Head of Learning & Development, wanted an engaging format that would encourage employees to invest in their own development during the workday and walk away with ideas they could apply immediately.
How we supported POST Luxembourg
The series ran across five live conference-style sessions, each 90 minutes long and held during employees' lunch break.
Each session covered a different wellbeing and performance theme, including Mindful Working, Mindful Eating, Optimism, and additional resilience topics, combining research-based insight with interactive discussion. Sessions were open to all employees and drew up to around 100 participants each, with supporting materials shared afterward.
Sessions were delivered in English and French.
How did we proceed?
The Lunch & Learn format combined short, practical content with interactive discussion, giving employees simple strategies they could integrate into both their professional and personal lives without needing to set aside significant time away from work.
Benefits for POST Luxembourg
The series strengthened POST's culture of continuous learning and increased awareness of evidence-based approaches to wellbeing, mindfulness, optimism, and sustainable performance. Strong attendance across all five sessions demonstrated the value of short, accessible learning formats within a busy operational environment.
